How does Biggers Delivery work?

Biggers Delivery is a daily local produce and food delivery box. Orders can be placed, and then delivered to your door the very next week day. You can shop our extensive menu of local fruits, veggies, baked goods, meats, artisan products, beverages and more.

What is the delivery fee?

The cost of delivery is only $5.99 or free if you spend $75 or more!

Is there a contract?

No! There is no contract involved, and there is no membership fee!

How often do I have to order?

As often as you would like to! There are no requirements for how frequently you need to order.

Is there a minimum order price?

Yes, order minimums are $25. Delivery is FREE if your order is over $75! Otherwise, the delivery fee is $5.99.

When do you deliver?

Orders are delivered the next week day if ordered by midnight. You can choose from 3 time slots 12-2, 2-4 and 4-6. Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will be delivered on Monday.

How do substitutions work?

Sometimes inventory availability is beyond our control. If an item is unavailable that you ordered, we will personally call you and see if you would prefer a substitution or a refund.

What about the weather? Where will my box be left?

Unless you mention to us otherwise, your Biggers Delivery order will be left on your front doorstep. On delivery day, if you will not be home, we recommend leaving a cooler with ice packs on your porch for cold items. The Wilmington summer months get hot and we don't want your products to go bad if you can't be there when we drop by. It is especially important if you have ordered any meat or dairy products. In the event of unsafe weather we will send out an email informing you of a postponed delivery date. For the most up to date information make sure you are subscribed to our email list.

What if I have a quality issue?

Mistakes happen. If you get produce that has gone bad or you are not satisfied, please contact us at 910-262-2990, and we will make it right! We do ask that you please take photos of unsatisfactory items and send to us so we can improve.

How is my order packaged?

It comes in a Biggers branded box with a foil liner and ice packs for cold items.

What if I'm not home?

No problem, we will leave your box on your doorstep. We do recommend placing a cooler outside if you dont plan to be home around your delivery slot time and you order cood items.

When will my area be available for delivery?

If your address is not in our delivery area, don't fret! As we refine the Biggers Delivery program and make it better, we will quickly add more deliverable areas. When we open more areas for delivery we will send out an email notification to let you know. It is important that you are subscribed to the email notifications to receive any updates.
