Delivery FAQs

How does Biggers Delivery work?

Shop our selection of local fruits, vegetables, baked goods, meats, artisan products, beverages, and more. Place your order by midnight and we will deliver it to your door the next weekday.

What is the delivery fee?

Delivery is $5.99 for orders under $75 and free when you spend $75 or more.

Is there a contract?

No. There is no contract and no membership fee.

How often do I have to order?

As often as you would like. There is no required ordering schedule.

Is there a minimum order price?

Yes. The order minimum is $25. Delivery is free when your order reaches $75; otherwise, delivery is $5.99.

When do you deliver?

Orders placed by midnight are delivered the next weekday. Available time slots are 12–2, 2–4, and 4–6. Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are delivered Monday.

How do substitutions work?

If an item is unavailable, we will call you to ask whether you prefer a substitution or a refund.

What about the weather? Where will my box be left?

Unless you tell us otherwise, your order will be left on your front doorstep. If you will not be home, we recommend leaving a cooler with ice packs outside for cold items. During unsafe weather, we will email you with a postponed delivery date.

What if I have a quality issue?

Please contact us at 910-262-2990 and we will make it right. Photos of any unsatisfactory items help us improve.

How is my order packaged?

Your order arrives in a Biggers-branded box with a foil liner and ice packs for cold items.

What if I'm not home?

No problem. We will leave your box on your doorstep. If you ordered cold items, we recommend placing a cooler outside when you do not expect to be home during your delivery window.
